Dreams shatters, dreams broke but what keeps you alive and running is the power to make those dreams come true. Same is true with all three directors of Semsols Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Starting our career with jobs in well reputed organizations, we always dreamt of owning our own company. The journey started 4 years back in 2005 when we joined our jobs in same city but in different organizations. Being college friends and working in same domain as internet marketing guys we always wanted to have our own brand and name. To make that dream true we registered our corporate websitewww.semsols.com (Search Engine Marketing Solutions)in year 2006. We built it up and made it live and from that day we are living our dreams. That was the beginning of our journey. But with good job and great salary we were not able to leave our jobs.
The concept of company was there but the risk factor of running a company and earning our livelihood was a great concern for us. We were not from business background and we were not having any knowledge of running a business. We were enjoying our work and job but, we always wanted to have something of our own. We were at good position with good salary package but the power of entrepreneurship was always knocking at the back of our mind.
Finally with all dilemma in mind the day came which was the "D" day in our life. The day when all three of us decided that it's enough, we can't live like this and make our dreams come true. The day on which all three of us thought that we have to quit our jobs now and any how we have to run our own company. It was not easy at all there were all kind of speculation in our mind, will be able to survive? Will be able to make money? All sorts of question were hitting our mind space.
But one thing which was driving us was the will to have our own company which can provide quality services and product. The will to make our dreams come true, it was stronger than any uncertainty in our minds. Finally we quit our jobs and registered our company in year 2008.
Leaving everything behind us we started our journey to entrepreneurship in our home town. We started with clients which we converted through our website. But at the back of our mind it was always our own product which was running all the time. Our client and some of more client works helped us to survive in the market.
In the mean time various ideas of having our own product was going through our mind. But none of the idea was getting materialized.

One day in the midnight Piyush was just working on some project. His mobile gave an alarm and it reminded him that its birthday of someone (As among us we have a general understanding that I will be one to remind everyone of our mutual friends birthday or if we forget the birthday then we were ready to hear the abusing). Suddenly the idea came in his mind; why not make a site which will send birthday reminder to people.
We wanted to have a site which was very much interactive, not only it should remind of birthdays but also have the interactivity among friends. So the idea of wish list and scrap book came in to our mind. Also the gifting section was there to make it more interactive. So we started working on the same, all three directors me (Neeraj), Sandeep and Piyush, discussed on the concept and worked to make it more interactive for users.
We were always clear in mind what features we wanted, we started this project with the registration of our company and we were suppose to launch it in 2008 but the site developed was not fully functionally working.
So our schedule was way back to our calculation, our efforts were lost at that time. But we still kept our hopes alive and started our work again and finally we have launched www.birthdaywishesforu.com in beta version. It's a great feeling to do something good. And we have the same feeling for ourselves.
